Having worked for some of the UK’s biggest media brands, Mike’s experience is deeply rooted in leading, developing and implementing game-changing digital strategy for sizeable, complex organisations. Formerly Head of New Media for the History Channel at BSkyB and a senior digital manager at BBC Worldwide, he has significant experience developing large scale consumer-facing digital products and running innovative strategy ventures.
Mike is also the founder of Historvius.com – the global leader in cultural travel – and has worked closely with partners from Google to Expedia and beyond in the development of leading consumer propositions for this acclaimed travel start-up. Coming from a background in journalism and content, Mike previously worked for the UK’s Daily Telegraph as a writer and sub-editor and started his career as a press officer and digital manager for his beloved Watford Football Club.

Growing up with a passion for digital, Nick was building professional websites and digital products while still in school. After gaining early industry experience he was headhunted by award-winning integrated agency Cantos Communications where he led the in-house web product development team – dedicated exclusively to the agency’s FTSE100 and FTSE250 clients.
In 2010, at the age of 24, Nick founded Rapidz and has since led the growth of the agency and secured a portfolio of notable accounts including BritishAmerican Business, Gino D’Acampo, Just Eat and the Formula One Teams Association.

Simon spent 12 years at Guinness World Records, (formerly The Guinness Book of Records) the world’s best-selling book, initially as a researcher, writer and editor of the main book, and then as author of The Guinness Book of Football. After moving into the TV department as Associate Producer, Producer and then Executive Producer travelling the world in search of the weird and wonderful, he became Head of TV Format Development.
In that role, he created, developed and wrote TV shows and treatments for broadcasters and independent production companies for the domestic and foreign broadcast markets. He started Simon Gold Media in 2008 as a pure copywriting agency and has written online and offline copy for some of the world’s biggest brands including PwC, CNN, Steinway Pianos, Rolls-Royce, Arsenal FC and Cambridge University.
Digital DesignerBack to The Team
After an introduction to Photoshop and the world of design at 15, Rafa graduated as a graphic designer from the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów, Poland.
Intrigued by the sheer size, scope and endless possibilities of the Internet, Rafa steered towards digital and web design and after a spell as a freelancer he went staff-side at an agency in Poland working on a number of high profile national accounts.
Rafa understands how people view websites, how they navigate and how they consume information. He is a supremely talented, creative and innovative digital designer and he joined Rapidz Media in September 2014.

Elli is a professional copywriter and founder of Lily Pad Copy – an inventive, innovative digital copy agency which was acquired by Rapidz Media in 2014. A fully-qualified former solicitor who has worked for a number of leading London law firms, Elli fuses her professional background with her flair for creative copy to produce stunning content for clients from the BBC to Virgin Media, The Biography Channel and beyond.

An exceptionally talented and innovate photographer who made the successful transition from news photography, Blake’s client list reads like a ‘who’s who’ of the world’s leading brands and includes Ray-Ban, Intel, Lulu Guinness, Playboy, PwC, Accenture, TUMI and Sky News.
He has a background in education and charity (for which he was presented to HRH The Queen in recognition of his charitable work) and he has the rare ability to work with people from all walks of life, including discussing a brief with a marketing director, getting the best from a styled shoot or posing the Prime Minister for an official portrait.
Above all, Blake understands the value that stunning imagery has within marketing collateral and captures moments in time perfectly.
